Test Infrastructure

CyberRatings’ BaitNET™ system captures and replays malware, exploits, evasions and URLs. The live, real-time instrumented sandbox environment is a unique live test harness used for security effectiveness testing of all leading cloud and network security products. This innovative cloud-based test platform is built for realism, repeatability, flexibility and scalability:

• Able to leverage up to 1,000,000+  “in the wild” malware samples from a variety of public and commercial sources.
• Hosts a library of Exploit samples curated from 250,000+ published Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs).
• CyberRatings’ exclusive Evasion repository of stealthing techniques and tactics has been developed in-house by our researchers. Each of 1000+ evasion techniques can be layered and combined with malware and exploit samples to create millions of unique threats that disguise and modify attacks to avoid detection.
• 100,000+ malicious and suspicious URLs are gathered daily from open-source and commercial threat feeds, combined with threat data generated from testing.
