2025 Q2 ZTNA Report – Zscaler

In Q2 2025, CyberRatings.org conducted an independent test of the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange (ZTE) using the Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) Test Methodology v2.0, known for its rigorous criteria and comprehensive assessment parameters. This testing, carried out at our Austin, Texas facility and supplemented by infrastructure on Amazon Web Services, assessed the product’s e ectiveness in managing authentication via identity providers, enforcing precise access control policies—including restricting visibility and access to private (“hidden”) networks—and validating routing and policy adherence. Additionally, the evaluation examined the product’s ability to support robust encryption standards through TLS/SSL cipher suites, including versions 1.2 and 1.3.
